Please Read Below BEFORE BOOKING

I require a minimum of 4-inches of hair for styling

You must come with freshly washed and dried hair with NO PRODUCT in your hair (heat protectant is ok).

DO NOT apply any oils or leave-in conditioners, as they could potentially cause your hair to turn white. I will ensure you leave well moisturized.

I do not provide Shampoo services.

Although I don’t require your hair to be blow-dried straight, please come washed, dried, and stretched. See photo example.

If you need a blow-out please select it as an add-on when scheduling your services. There will be an additional $20 charge for blow-dry service.


Braiding hair is included with your service.

Scheduling Appointments

I am only able to service children aged 10 or older

Hair is included in the pricing for all braided styles.

A $30.00 deposit is required, and must be paid online at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final price. The balance of your service price will be due at your appointment.

You may pay your balance with any of the forms of payment below at time of service.

I am currently located in Palatine, IL. The exact location will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment.

You will be contacted 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your style and receive the exact location for your service.

All styling times are estimates and may take more or less time than predicted. Please book on a date where you are able to block out the estimated amount of time.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a 48-hour notice.

If your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded.

Your deposit WILL be refunded if:

  • I am the reason for the cancellation
  • You present a positive COVID test
  • You are rescheduling your appointment within 30 days

Late Policy

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for traffic and unforeseen circumstances. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. Please communicate with me if you’ll be running late for your appointment.

COVID-19

Your safety is my number one priority. If you are feeling sick (even allergies) PLEASE reschedule.
It will be up to my discretion to determine if I am able to provide service to you.

If you have been traveling, please schedule your appointment at least 14 DAYS AFTER your trip return.

Extra guests will NOT be allowed in with the client being serviced. (With the exception of minors. One adult can accompany minors).
